In 2007, a trailblazer emerged in the civil contracting landscape. Ryan Schmitt, a dynamic visionary, breathed life into Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors, Inc. Armed with an expansive reservoir of experience, Schmitt's journey through the civil contracting industry spans over two exhilarating decades. With more than fifteen of those years crowned as a senior manager, his resounding impact is nothing short of awe-inspiring.
