  •  Construct a commercial retail sales site development adjacent to the St. Johns Town Center. Clearing/grubbing, mass grading,  water utilities, construction of retaining wall(s) and parking lot construction are also included.

  •  Approximately 35 Acres of clearing, grubbing, and stumping, 10500 LF of storm drain ranging from 8” to 42”, 70+ storm drain structures, 5000 LF of 8"-10" gravity sewer, 28 sanitary manholes, 5000  LF of 4” water main, 7250 LF of 8”-12” water main, 85000 SY of stabilization, 82500 SY of limerock base, 82500 SY of asphalt pavement for parking/roadway construction, 27000 LF of curb & gutter, and 8000 SY of concrete sidewalk, and 3100 SF of retaining wall construction.
